Shipping policy
At Water Cooler Shop, we aim to deliver orders safely, efficiently and at the best available rate. We ship selected water coolers, drinking bubblers, under bench water systems, filtration systems, replacement cartridges and accessories Australia-wide.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
If an item is out of stock, on backorder, requires supplier dispatch or needs a freight quote, we will contact you before dispatch.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We ship products to major cities and metro areas across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin.
We can also arrange shipping to regional and remote areas, however freight costs may be higher depending on the delivery location, product size, weight and courier availability.
For large, bulky or heavy items, we may need to provide a custom freight quote before dispatch. This can include water coolers, drinking bubblers, remote chillers, whole house filtration systems and commercial filtration equipment.
Shipping costs shown at checkout are based on standard weight-based rates. If additional freight charges apply for regional, remote or bulky deliveries, we will contact you before dispatch.
Shipping Rates
We use a weight-based shipping system to provide fair shipping rates across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
Current shipping rates within Australia:
- 0–1.9kg: $15.00
- 2–4.9kg: $25.00
- 5–15kg: $45.00
- 15.1–24.9kg: $65.00
- 25–34.9kg: $95.00
- 35–49.9kg: $145.00
- 50–69.9kg: $220.00
- 70–99.9kg: $295.00
Some large, heavy or bulky products may require a custom freight quote. This can include drinking bubblers, freestanding water coolers, remote chillers, whole house filtration systems and large commercial filtration equipment.
If a product requires a freight quote, we will contact you with the shipping cost before dispatch.
Freight Quote Required
Some products may show as Freight Quote Required or may require manual confirmation before shipping.
This usually applies to bulky, fragile, heavy or oversized items. Freight cost may depend on delivery location, access requirements and carrier availability.
If freight needs to be confirmed, we will contact you with a shipping price before dispatching your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within Australia is usually 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas may take longer. Please allow additional time for bulky freight, supplier dispatch items or deliveries outside metro areas.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, regional freight schedules or other circumstances outside our control.
Bulky Items & Delivery Access
Large items such as water coolers, drinking bubblers, chillers and whole house filtration systems may be shipped by freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
Please provide a physical delivery address. Bulky items may not be suitable for delivery to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or unattended locations.
Someone may need to be available to accept delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Some bulky freight deliveries may have limited tracking depending on the carrier used.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and photos of the product.
We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.
International Shipping
Our standard shipping is within Australia.
For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether the product can be shipped and provide a custom freight quote.
