Available temperatures: Chilled & Ambient or Hot & Cold
Good for: offices, clinics, warehouses and staff rooms with access to mains water
Inclusions with rental: unit supply, filter head & 5-micron cartridge, twice-yearly service
Requirements & install: nearby cold mains line and standard GPO; flat installation fee $200 (installed by a licensed plumber)
Price: $15/week (incl. GST), billed monthly

Option 2: Waterworks B26 + SFB Self-Fill Filter Bottle (Bottled)
A dependable bottled-style cooler paired with the Waterworks SFB self-fill filter bottle — great where a mains connection isn’t practical.
Available temperatures: Chilled & Ambient or Hot & Cold
Good for: temporary sites, smaller offices, showrooms and events
Inclusions with rental: unit supply, SFB self-fill filter bottle, twice-yearly service
Requirements: standard GPO (no plumbing). We deliver and show you how to refill the SFB bottle
Price: $15/week (incl. GST), billed monthly

Frequently asked questions

Is installation included in the price?
For the D5 mains-connected (POU) model, installation is a flat $200. The B26 requires no plumbing; we deliver and set you up.

Do you have both temperature options?
Yes. Chilled & Ambient and Hot & Cold are available for both the D5 and B26 models.

How often are filters changed?
We service units twice a year, which includes filter replacement, cleaning and a performance check.

What power/water connections are needed?
Both models need a standard power point. The D5 needs access to a cold mains line; the B26 uses the SFB Self-Fill Bottle and does not require plumbing.

Do you service the Blue Mountains and broader Western Sydney?
Yes — Penrith, Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains are our core service areas.

Can I rent multiple units across different sites?
Absolutely — ask us for a multi-site quote.

What happens at the end of the 3-year term?
Continue month-to-month, upgrade your units, or return them (standard pickup fee applies). We also recommend a full reinstall at end of term to ensure any pipework isn’t brittle or damaged. If you re-sign for a new 3-year contract, we’ll do this reinstall free of charge.
